Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to online training courses, programmes, workshops and related digital materials purchased through the website operated by Albertstein Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Cancellation and Refund Requests
Customers may request a cancellation and refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The online course has not commenced;
- The customer has not attended any live training session;
- The customer has not accessed a substantial portion of the course content; and
- No course materials, recordings, certificates or other digital resources have been downloaded or issued.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to albertstein.marketing@gmail.com.
Customers must include their full name, order number, course name, payment details and reason for the request.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed according to this policy.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Course fees are non-refundable in the following circumstances:
- The online course or training programme has already commenced;
- The customer has attended or participated in a live training session;
- A substantial portion of the online course content has been accessed;
- Course materials, recordings or other digital resources have been downloaded;
- A certificate of completion or participation has been issued;
- The customer fails to attend a scheduled training session;
- The customer is unable to participate due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts or technical issues involving the customer’s equipment or internet connection;
- The customer fails to complete the course within the stated access period;
- The customer is dissatisfied due to personal preferences where the course was delivered substantially as described;
- The purchase was made under a promotion expressly stated to be non-refundable; or
- The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian law.
Live Online Training
Customers are responsible for attending live online training sessions at the scheduled date and time.
Requests to transfer to another available session must be submitted at least three (3) business days before the scheduled session.
Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Albertstein Sdn Bhd.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice will be treated as a “no-show”.
No refund or replacement session will be provided for a no-show unless otherwise approved by Albertstein Sdn Bhd.
Course Changes, Postponement or Cancellation by Us
Albertstein Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the trainer, course schedule, delivery platform or course content where reasonably necessary.
If a live training session is postponed, customers may choose to:
- Attend the rescheduled session; or
- Transfer their registration to another available session of equivalent value.
If Albertstein Sdn Bhd cancels a course and does not provide a suitable replacement or rescheduled session, affected customers will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees paid.
Albertstein Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for incidental expenses, loss of income, loss of opportunity or other indirect losses arising from a course cancellation, postponement or schedule change, to the extent permitted by law.
Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have:
- A stable internet connection;
- A compatible computer, mobile device or tablet;
- The necessary software or applications;
- Working audio and video equipment, where required; and
- A valid email address capable of receiving course information and access details.
Refunds will not normally be provided for technical problems caused by the customer’s equipment, software, internet connection or failure to follow the access instructions.
If access is prevented by a verified technical issue caused by Albertstein Sdn Bhd or its course platform, we will take reasonable steps to restore access, extend the access period or provide an appropriate alternative.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be offered, depending on the circumstances.
Course Access and Account Use
Course access is provided only to the registered customer and must not be transferred, shared, resold or used by another person without prior written approval.
Albertstein Sdn Bhd may suspend or terminate access without a refund if a customer:
- Shares login credentials or course materials without permission;
- Records, copies, distributes or resells course content;
- Engages in unlawful, abusive or disruptive conduct; or
- Breaches the applicable course terms and conditions.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase, or if payment is deducted without a confirmed registration, the customer should contact us and provide the payment receipt, transaction reference and relevant details.
After verification, any duplicate or erroneous charge will be refunded through the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for Albertstein Sdn Bhd to process an approved refund.
Additional processing time may be required by the payment gateway, bank or card issuer.
Any administrative or payment-processing charges deducted from a refund will be clearly communicated and will only apply where permitted by law.
